By accessing https://www.lamaxstudio.com/ or booking a service with LamaxStudio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

LamaxStudio provides professional beauty services including Microblading, Lip Blush, Nano Strokes, Eyelash Extensions, and Facials. All services are performed by trained professionals at our Miami studio.

2. Booking & Deposits

  • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
  • Deposits are transferable if you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
  • If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Square.
Full payment is due at the time of service.
We accept major credit cards and other electronic payment methods supported by Square.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic services, we do not offer refunds. If you experience any concerns after your appointment, please contact us directly within 48 hours so we can address them professionally.

5. Client Responsibilities

By booking a service, you agree to:

  • Follow all pre- and post-care instructions provided by your artist.
  • Disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities.
  • Arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and forfeit their deposit.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Results may vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
LamaxStudio and its artists are not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow provided instructions or undisclosed medical conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Marketing Communications

By submitting your information or booking with us, you agree to receive transactional and promotional communications via WhatsApp, SMS, email, and social media. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or unsubscribing.
