How do I book an appointment
You can easily book online through our website. Select your service, pick a time that works for you, and confirm — it takes less than 2 minutes!
Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
Yes, a small non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. This helps us reduce no-shows and keep scheduling fair for all clients.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, and cash. Payment is due at the end of your service.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Absolutely — life happens! You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a forfeited deposit.
What happens if I’m running late?
If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment out of fairness to the next client. Please call or text us if you're running behind.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We are by appointment only to give each client our full attention. However, we sometimes have last-minute openings — feel free to text or DM us to check!
How should I prepare for my appointment?
- Come with a clean face and no makeup (especially for facials or PMU) - Avoid caffeine and alcohol before your appointment - For PMU or waxing, avoid exfoliating or using retinol 3–5 days prior - We’ll send you a prep guide after booking if needed!
Is there a minimum age requirement?
Clients must be 18+ for PMU services. For facials, lashes, and waxing, clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian present.
